We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Shift Full Time Unit Coordinator who loves working with our residents and assist in day to day clerical operations. This coordinator will act as a first point of contact to triage residents, family members, staff and vendors our Health Center This individual will input data into the electronic medical record, help maintain a safe therapeutic environment, as well as help residents coordinate appointments and arrange for transportation. Additionally, this person will be responsible for organizing and managing the nursing station by ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and requesting services.
We are looking for an outgoing individual who loves working with people, but also has a fine attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in the medical field and have the ability to work in Word and Excel. HUC Certification is a strong plus. Must be CNA certified.
